Strawberry Short cake: From Scratch


Ingredients


Method for Shortcakes

  1. Mix the Pancake mix and butter together until they are properly mixed. Make sure that when you squeeze the dough, it stays in place like a rock. If not, then add a little more butter.

  2. Form into little balls and put into a toaster oven on 350 F for 15 mins or until golden brown.


Method for Strawberry Syrup

  1. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and put them into a pot with the sugar.

  2. Heat up the strawberries and sugar on the stove. Make sure to keep stirring.

  3. Keep stirring until the mixture has a syrupy texture. Let cool.


Assembly

  1. Take out a bowl. Put the shortbread into the bowl.

  2. Put 5 spoons of syrup on top of the bread.

  3. Cut two strawberries and put it on top of the syrup.

  4. Put some whip cream on top.

  5. ENJOY!
